About us…

was established in September 2020 in direct response to the collapse of Adelie Foods and the resulting gap in the supply chain for one of our largest customers at the time, Store Retail Group. We initially started supplying them with a limited range of plant-based sandwiches, which were an enormous success, and we quickly gained their trust to supply all their daily deliveries of fresh pre-packaged sandwiches across all their stores.

and have taken on several premium coffee shop chains, local independent cafés and health food shops as customers, delivering fresh food-to-go daily all over the North of England.

with the same care & love that we’ve shown since day one. we source the very finest produce that we can find. from award-winning cooked meats to our freshly made in-house basil pesto, sourcing the very best ingredients is how we make our food extraordinary.

in our team and production facilities in Manchester, with further investment and expansion in the pipeline to come online within the next six months. This will increase our productivity to nearly 10,000 sandwiches per day. We have two successful coffee shops based in Media City, and we’re currently in the process of setting up a third.
Our business model is one of collaboration, and this is something we strongly believe in.

Since day one we have worked closely with our customers to establish their needs and wants, and that of the consumer, analysing sales data to establish quickly which lines are working for them, and which lines to delist. Working in this way allows us both to maximise sales, profit and growth.
