about us…
Manchester food factory was established in September 2020 in direct response to the collapse of Adelie Foods. we filled the resulting gap in the supply chain for one of our largest customers at the time, Store Retail Group. We initially started supplying them with a limited range of plant-based sandwiches. these were an enormous success, and we quickly gained their trust to supply all their daily deliveries of fresh pre-packaged sandwiches across all their stores.
Since we started, we have grown exponentially. we have taken on several premium coffee shop chains, local independent cafés and health food shops as customers. we deliver fresh food-to-go daily all over the North of England.
We have invested significantly in our team and food manufacturing production facilities in Manchester. further investment and expansion is in the pipeline to come online within the next six months. This will increase our productivity to nearly 10,000 sandwiches per day.

We have three successful coffee shops (brew.) based in Media City, in conjunction with peel holdings in the tomorrow building, the victoria, and blue tower.

Our business model is one of collaboration, and this is something we strongly believe in. Since day one we have worked closely as a food manufacturer with our customers. we establish their requirements, and that of the consumer by analysing sales data. this allows us to establish quickly which lines are working for them, and which lines to delist. Working in this way allows us both to maximise sales, profit and growth.
